the low liners are an acoustic folk duo based in minneapolis, minnesota. despite working with other musical friends since their formation in 2017, this project is fronted by julia degeorgeo and eli quist. students at the university of wisconsin (madison) and montana state university (bozeman), julia and eli share their passion for music all throughout the country.
